“I’ve always been in some sort of sales field,” says Chris, a Realtor and Broker with the Sanford office of Coldwell Banker Advantage. “I sold modular and manufactured homes while in college. Afterward, real estate was just the best transition. I love working with people and helping them find the right land and home.”
Chris also has been majorly successful in working for home sellers. He is passionate about assisting military-affiliated clients, growing families and others in the home-selling process.
He also has won the respect of his peers. While working with a top real estate franchise, Chris was named in the Top 15 of agents nationwide. In his own community, he was elected to serve as President of the Sanford Area Association of Realtors for three terms.
Chris grew up “on the edge of Harnett and Lee Counties” and married his high school sweetheart, Shannon. They are parents to two growing boys, Christopher and Chance. The family is involved in their church and with volunteering for the Salvation Army.
