To all future buyers: Look no further than Southern Sisters Properties when looking for your Sandhills realtor! Maureen and Tricia are the perfect Sisters tag-team! Our story is a little bit different than all of the other realtor recommendations I've read. We were out-of-state buyers, looking to make the move from PA to NC and we had officially hit crunch time!! Our PA house was on the market and we came to NC to look and hopefully get under contract in just one weekend!! When our first day of looking on our own didn't work out as expected, Maureen jumped into action and found us TONS of listings to look at that Saturday! She even offered up her Sunday which was Mother's Day! But, BINGO - on that Saturday at 11pm, we were under contract. Back to PA we went and the real work for the Sisters began and man, they were ON POINT! Everyone knows how stressful home buying can be but let me tell you - try doing it from 8 hours away while selling the current home you're living in. They kept me on track and up to date on all appointments and inspections. They worked seamlessly with my lender to get us to closing! I'm happy to say that I'm finally where I want to be and I feel like this is my forever home, but if the need ever arises for another sale or purchase here in NC, I know who my first call will be...
