This is the second home we have purchased with Melissa, her knowledge and experience is what keeps me coming back. Melissa worked with me to find the best home for my family. I never felt like a burden and she always had time for me.

Keeping me informed about major delays with the building and completion dates, which will decrease some of the stress in building and purchasing a home. Melissa Thomas was very honest, up front and helpful throughout the entire process. Very professional and always accepted my many calls/text, and would respond in record time. Thanks, Melissa Thomas, you are the best.

I highly recommend using electronic signing! I was on the road working, and was able to still fill out documents. This made things 100% easier for me scheduling my time to not miss out on working. Melissa kept us informed as much as she could, and did her best to get my old home sold as soon as I bought a new home. That was my biggest concern and it ended up working out perfectly!

Melissa is wonderful I originally called her about a new construction home I saw listed online she immediately called and back and set up appointment that same day to view a model unit. Also advised me of another home me and my wife could go view that was framed up. After back and forth between me and my wife and other homes we finally decided on a new construction home with Melissa she was able to work is thru the process of building a home and answer all questions we had m. We finally got went under contract today on our 1st home and I can’t be anymore excited. I love working with Melissa the fact that she is always available by phone at anytime of the day or not. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a hands on personal realtor 10 plus stars ????

She is awesome! I am glad I came across someone so understanding. Takes her time and caters to her buyers needs! She is not afraid to be your advocate 100%! She will make sure you are satisfied as much as she can and is always a call/text away! She is not pushy either with her buyers which I love but will definitely engage as soon as she needs too and you need her and want her too! We are working on our 3rd home and she makes the process easier each time. Not only have we bought homes being local but also with relatives buying from out of state she is able to get everything done and definitely does a great job representing the buyer.
