Kedra Oxendine chose a career in real estate after she seized an opportunity “to shadow agents who primarily work with military clients.”
“To be able to assist in the relocation of others really touched me in so many ways,” she says. “I’ve witnessed some great interactions and some not-so-good ones. I knew that I wanted to be a difference-maker!”
Kedra thrives on helping both home buyers and sellers as an agent for Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, which has been awarded the #1 franchise office in North America for Units Sold.
Her areas of expertise include first-time home buyers, the military market, homes for growing families, retirement living, relocation, vacation or second homes and even rental properties.
“With each one of my interactions, I want to be able to say that I represent my clients well and help make their transactions as smooth as possible,” she says. “I love to negotiate, whether it’s listing your property or making an offer on your dream home!”
Kedra is a native of Fayetteville and also has lived in the Raleigh area, so she is familiar with both markets. She describes herself as “meticulous, determined, driven, empathetic and knowledgeable.”
Prior to real estate, she worked in the retail, banking and customer service professions. “My main responsibilities were to coach others in creating an experience for individual consumers,” she says, “and to make sure that they received more bang for their buck.”
