I was born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. However, during the course of my 21-plus years of military service, I have lived in a numerous different states and countries. I have been a resident of Moore County since 2010 and plan to stay here for good. After retiring from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer, I chose to get into Real Estate because it provides me the opportunity to stay involved in my community, and to use my experience and knowledge of relocation to help others through the process.

 

For me, Real Estate is a family affair. My wife Tracy, is also a realtor with Coldwell Banker Advantage. The satisfaction she receives from helping clients is infectious and has inspired me to follow in her footsteps. I understand, based on first-hand experience, the stressors involved in buying and selling a home. These stressors can become more complex within the military community, where there are often little to no-notice requirements. My understanding of these requirements, combined with the strong analytical skills and a “mission first” mindset learned from my time in the armed forces, transfer into Real Estate to help my clients have a seamless experience with as little stress as possible.

 

I have Master Degrees in Strategic Intelligence and National Security, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle, physical fitness, and volunteering in my community.

This Team as been an amazing asset to our family in this time of need. Thanks for helping us sell our property. We sold a trailer with 2 lots of land. The trailer was not all of that good of shape but they worked above and beyond to help us get it sold.

From the beginning Frank showed up on time to sit down with us to discuss his plan on how to get our home sold. Frank and his wife Tracy gave us a realistic timeline and expectations on what to expect and when we should do certain things. Frank came in with an accurate CMA, suggested we get an appraisal, had professional photos done, a matterport virtual tour of our home, and aggressive marketing with social media. It was suggested we do a pre home inspection and I am so glad we did. Every piece of advice we were given was priceless and helpful. Tracy came in to help stage our home to make it appealing to the eye. We were able to get a our list price offer quickly. So fast, that we had several offers within days. Tracy worked diligently behind the scenes. She answered every question very quickly without hesitation. The process went smooth with very few if any issues. When we are ready to buy again no matter where we buy I will be calling Frank and Tracy.
