Cyndi Diamond says that real estate “chose” her instead of the other way around.
“When my husband and I relocated to North Carolina from upstate New York, I was given the opportunity to become a loan closing processor for a large firm,” says Cyndi, who had previously worked as a real estate agent up North. “After 3 ½ years, I decided to get my real estate license again to spend more time with my husband, who is now retired. Family is very important to me.”
Now Cyndi serves her home buying and selling clients from the bustling Coldwell Banker Advantage office in Harnett County, which is located close to Fort Bragg and Spring Lake.
“I love to see first-time buyers get excited about finding their perfect home,” she says. “It gives me joy to play a part in the process to turn someone’s dream into reality.”
Cyndi also enjoys working with home sellers on moving forward in the next chapter of their lives.
Her background is well-suited to tending to the many details that can be involved in business transactions. Cyndi worked for 13 years as a family law/divorce paralegal in Albany, New York, and prior to that, for the United States Postal Service.
She describes herself as “loyal, caring, friendly, trustworthy and hard-working.”
Cyndi makes her home in Cameron. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, making arts and crafts, gardening, fishing and camping. A cause close to her heart is the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research. In 2000, Cyndi was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis, an incurable but treatable disease that affects multiple organs in the body, primarily the lungs and lymph nodes.
