As the son of a builder and a retired member of the armed forces, Curt Boyd has special skills that make him the ideal Realtor for many in the Fayetteville market. This Coldwell Banker Advantage agent’s love of real estate stems from past experiences.
“I had a 27-year career in the Army and retired from Fort Bragg as a Colonel in 2011,” Boyd says. “I was involved in multiple real estate listings and sales during my military career, and I witnessed many soldiers making the biggest financial decision of their lives without the coaching and counsel that I longed to provide.”
Boyd has loved real estate since childhood. His passion ensures each client is satisfied with their decision.
“I grew up in the business. My mother managed properties, and my father built custom homes,” he says. “From that experience, it has long been a passion and always more than ‘just a house.’ If properties could tell a story, they would tell tales boasting incredible memories, more highs than lows, and unforgettable moments involving family, friends, festivities, and fanfare.”
His focus on minor details makes him the perfect agent for those seeking new construction.
“I am unique in my knowledge and experience with an impeccable eye for detail when it comes to craftsmanship and quality construction,” Boyd says. “I appreciate homeowners and properties that have been well cared for and those that have potential for new owners.”
In addition to still serving as a government civilian, Boyd enjoys renovation projects in his free time. He and his wife, Lyn, have two adult children. He is an active member of a number of veterans’ groups and enjoys participating in activities helping those who have served and continue to serve.
