Victoria Wilson likes to approach life with equal parts of preparation and humor. As a military spouse, she also understands the importance of staying calm and organized – and following through on every detail.
Real estate isn’t her first career – she was a paralegal and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice – but her choice seems predestined.
“I have always had a passion for real estate because I grew up attending closings with my mother nearly every week,” recalls Victoria, who’s originally from Suffern, New York. “My mom has been in the business of title insurance for over 20 years and I admire her very much. I love meeting people, as well as helping them, and the real estate industry enables me to do both!”
Victoria, who’s been an avid golfer since age 6, describes herself as “honest, loyal and enthusiastic.”
In 2014, she met her future husband, who serves with the 82nd Airborne Division. In their first year of marriage, the couple lived in three states – New York, Oklahoma and North Carolina. “We are current residents of the Linden Oaks community, an extension of Fort Bragg housing located in Cameron,” she says. Her office at Coldwell Banker Advantage is just a few minutes away in what has become a bustling area of Western Harnett County.
Victoria says the military market “is something that’s near and dear to my heart.”
“My goal is to help military members and their families find their perfect home to meet their needs – and to also help them sell in the event of a move,” she says.
