Riley Hunt was born and bred in Australia, but now calls North Carolina home – and helping home buyers and sellers is fast becoming his passion.
As an agent in the Fayetteville office of Coldwell Banker Advantage, Riley brings a unique perspective as both someone who has served in the military and as an Army spouse. He served for nine years in the Australian Army, working in the Royal Australian Corps of Signals as a highly decorated communications expert. He was deployed to Afghanistan in 2014 for seven months and to Iraq in 2017 for nine months. His wife Heather is currently active-duty in the 82nd Airborne Division.
“I’m very committed to make it as easy as possible for military members and their families to transition to their new locations by helping them either sell their current house or to buy their dream home,” he says. “I know how difficult it can be and it is my goal to take the stress for all involved.”
Riley says he enjoys surrounding himself with professionals who “are excited about their job every single day.”
The best part of his job? “Meeting new people! And the fact that no two days are ever the same and, whilst you may work with certain buyers or sellers on more than one occasion (which is fantastic!), getting to meet new people, see different houses and create new relationships is amazing. I love sharing in the excitement with them as they buy or sell.”
Personable and high-energy, Riley also is a certified health and fitness coach with qualifications in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting and hypertrophy/bodybuilding.
He and Heather have one “fur child,” Princess Leia, and hope to find a brother for her soon. “He, of course, will be named Luke,” says Riley.
The couple are dedicated to animal rescue causes and participating in CrossPointe Church in the Rockfish community.
