Welcome to The Pennink Team! Suzanne and Tiffany are a mother and daughter-in-law duo that began working together in 2014. Suzanne has been in real estate over 40 years and is a owner of Coldwell Banker Advantage. Tiffany began her real estate career on the legal side, but decided on a career change in 2014; hence the creation of The Pennink Team. We love this city and we take great pride in helping those make Fayetteville and its surrounding areas home. When you're a Fayetteville native, you know the town.
