"We really love the Sandhills of North Carolina."
Quincy is a Fayetteville native whose family ties to the region date back more than a century. He is a graduate of Fayetteville Senior High School, (now Terry Sanford High School), Appalachian State University and a former US Army Officer. Debbie is a former military dependent and resident since 1962.
Debbie began her real estate career in 1985. Quincy joined her to form The Nimocks Team in 2000 after retiring as the district superintendent for a regional utility company. Combined they have nearly half a century of local real estate experience in Cumberland, Hoke and Harnett Counties.
"Even after all the years and countless transactions we still get excited about helping families with their real estate needs. Being Realtors is a career and lifestyle choice we are both glad we made. Our strongest assets are patients and determination. We just don't give up till we find the home or solution our clients are looking for."
When working with buyers Quincy and Debbie help them identify their strongest needs then find the right neighborhood and home. This process often begins long before a customer visits or moves to the area. So much work can be done online through pictures and videos. Most people find this significantly cuts down on the time spent viewing individual homes and that cuts down on stress. The goal is to get a buyer into the right home as quickly and smoothly as possible.
As listing agents they work with sellers to make sure their property is priced competitively and gets maximum market exposure till a purchaser is found. Knowing what buyers are looking for is imperative. Helping sellers bring to light the best features of their homes is an important part of a Realtor's job. For this there is no substitute for experience.
Whether moving to or from or relocating within the Fayetteville area you won't find any other real estate team that will provide more professional service.
