Experience. That’s what Brandy Rieger has and what made her decide to become a Realtor. Her own experiences molded her into the real estate agent she is today.
“I enjoyed buying and selling my own homes over the years and thought I could help people make the right decision when choosing to sell or buy their own home,” Rieger says. “After realizing how much work it was, I hired a Realtor to help sell my last home. Through interviewing multiple agents, I decided to hire the one that was the most honest and frank with me. After observing her sell my home and work for others, I thought the world could use more agents as honest and straightforward as her. I knew I could be this person.”
She loves her job. Her favorite part is making a lasting impact on clients going through a challenging transaction.
“I love helping people make the right decision with what will most likely be their largest investment,” she says. “I love to negotiate price, terms, and repairs, getting the best deal for my client. I love to explore in the inside of new and old homes.”
Rieger’s life experiences include past service as a South Carolina State Trooper. She learned the importance of doing things by-the-book and takes pride in being upfront with clients.
“I value honesty, integrity, and responsibility,” she says. “I am completely honest with my clients and provide them straight forward information.”
Being a military spouse for 17 years provided her with another level of experience that gives her a valuable connection to many families in the Fayetteville area. Rieger and her husband, an Air Force veteran, have two sons. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys volunteering at their schools and with marching band activities. She enjoys life on the small family farm, decorating, home improvement projects, and antiques.
