Ken Beckwith, Broker/Realtor®, brings over twenty years of Operations Leadership to the Real Estate industry from the manufacturing sector. Originally from Milford, CT, he was raised in southern Indiana. A Purdue University honors graduate, Ken earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership/Supervision in 1988 and joined Owens Illinois Closures in Toledo, OH where he served various Production/Quality Management & Engineering roles. Ken relocated to Pinehurst in 2001 and is a member of the Pinehurst Country Club. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Carolina Performing Arts Center (CPAC) in Southern Pines.

We currently have the privilege of working with Ken on building our new home. He is knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and always willing to work for us. Being a very indecisive person, he showed us multiple floorplans in multiple neighborhoods until we found THE ONE. He has been at our beck and call every step of the way from meeting us time and time again to see the floorplan we selected, to answering our phone calls after hours to answer random questions. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. Thank you Ken!

We stumbled upon Ken by accident. One of his co-workers was unable to show a house to us, so he stepped up. First house we decided we wanted him to be with us till the end. He made himself available to us whenever we thought we found a great home. He must of shown us 15 homes, and emailed us 45 more that we didn't actually see. Once we had seen a few homes he was able to get the feel for what we were looking for. He emailed us a list of homes and his number 1 choice was the home we ended up buying. We love our home and would never of found it without his help! We will be using Ken if/when we ever decide to move again!
