Ralph Watt has all the characteristics that make a good real estate agent. He is self-motivated, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. Most importantly, he always has his clients’ best interests as a priority.
“I chose real estate to ease the burden and stress of people who are trying to relocate from one area to another,” Ralph says. “I also believe I can help someone find that perfect home and assist with their largest life investment.”
Ralph retired from the United States Air Force after 23 years of service. It was during this time he realized his calling as a real estate agent. He joined Coldwell Banker Advantage in 2018.
“I first realized I wanted to be a Realtor from the time I purchased my first home and experienced the process of buying and selling,” he says.
In addition to helping clients navigate what he found was a stressful part of life’s journey, Ralph enjoys the simple interaction with buyers and sellers. He is a people person, another characteristic that makes him an ideal agent.
Ralph and his wife, Keyla, have two daughters, Yesenia and Alanna, and a west highland terrier named Coco. When Ralph isn’t working, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, traveling, and watching football. He gives back to the community by serving as a Key Spouse for military families on Pope Army Airfield.
