Eric Dey is the perfect Realtor to assist military families, because he understands the lifestyle himself. Dey is not only a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage, he’s also still an active duty member of the Armed Services. This unique perspective allows him to relate to those in the midst of a difficult transition.
“The defining moment for me to become a Realtor was when I heard countless stories from fellow soldiers - peers, subordinates, and superiors alike - complain about feeling like they should have gotten more out of their transaction, or feeling like they were not taken care of,” Dey says. “I decided to take a more proactive role to help remedy the situation.”
Not only is Dey a soldier, he grew up in a military family. The lessons he learned give him special abilities to help you buy or sell your home with ease.
“I have the highest discipline instilled in me to provide outstanding service to each of my clients, regardless of their real estate needs,” he says. “I will continue to work as hard as I can from first contact until well after the transaction is complete to make sure they are 100 percent satisfied.”
It is this connection to his clients that means the most to Dey. Every day he makes new friends and neighbors.
“What I love most is the interaction with other families in the community and being able to explore and discover new neighborhoods,” he says.
Dey is a local and a graduate of Pine Forest High School and Campbell University. He knows the area well. He and his wife Cary have two children.
In his free time, Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and physical training. He is a member of Bladen Union Baptist Church and participates regularly with the church brotherhood to provide community service for those in need.
