Jeffrey Beversdorf served 25 years in the U.S. Army, working in Special Operations. That experience provided him with a wealth of knowledge about the unique demands of military service members and their families – including housing and relocation.
Jeff is putting that knowledge to good use as a trusted agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C. He has partnered with TIER One Real Estate Services, and his office is located at 5509 Yadkin Road, near Fort Liberty (formerly Bragg).
Although he is vastly familiar with the military community, Jeff is well-equipped to help anyone – buyers, sellers and investors – with their real estate needs.

“My focus is on residential, with a goal to gradually add in planned development/commercial real estate,” says Jeff. “I’m a numbers guy, so the thrill of creating a high return on investment for my client, whether they are buying, selling or investing, intrigues me.”
Jeff and his family make their home in Harnett County. His wife is a real estate agent in nearby Moore County. Jeff is also a Dad to three sons.
When he isn’t working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family outdoors. He likes to play golf and go fishing and hunting.
